We (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provide mobile applications that link to this Privacy Policy. This policy explains how information is handled when you use our apps. The features, permissions, and data involved may differ by app, version, device, and the services you use.

1. Information handled by our apps

Information stored on your device. Depending on the app, settings, preferences, saved progress, locally selected content, and feature-related records may be stored on your device to provide the app’s functions. Local storage does not, by itself, mean this information is sent to us. Your operating system may include app data in a device backup or transfer, depending on its settings.

Information you send us. If you contact us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments or other details you choose to provide. We use this information to respond, resolve issues, and handle privacy requests. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.

Information processed by advertising services. Our apps use Unity Ads and/or Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) for advertising and mediation. These services can collect and process information automatically, including:

  • Device and app information, such as device model, operating system, app version, language, and network details.
  • Advertising identifiers and other app or device identifiers used by the SDK.
  • IP address and approximate location derived from it.
  • Ad impressions, clicks, views, and other advertising interactions.
  • Diagnostic information relating to the advertising service.
  • Installation, purchase, or conversion-related information processed by the advertising service, where applicable.

The information processed depends on the SDK version, configuration, enabled services, and applicable privacy choices. Where Android App Set ID is used, its processing is limited to permitted non-advertising purposes, such as fraud prevention and diagnostics.

2. How information is used

Information is used, as applicable, to:

  • Provide app features and preserve your settings or progress.
  • Respond to support messages and privacy requests.
  • Deliver advertisements, manage mediation, and measure advertising performance.
  • Maintain service reliability, diagnose technical issues, and prevent fraud or abuse.
  • Meet applicable legal and security obligations.

We do not treat merely using an app or opening this policy as consent to processing that requires separate, valid consent.

3. Advertising and third-party services

Unity Ads and Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) process data under their own privacy policies and may disclose it to their service providers, affiliates, and advertising or measurement partners.

Relevant policies:

Google Play, device backup services, and services that deliver support emails may also process information under their own policies when you use them.

Some apps offer optional rewarded advertisements. Declining a rewarded advertisement does not necessarily stop processing associated with other advertisements in the app. Non-personalized advertisements may still involve identifiers, approximate location, diagnostics, and ad interaction data for delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention.

4. Permissions and selected content

An app may request permissions needed for the features you use. Depending on the app, these may include notifications, access to photos or files you select, or other device functions explained by the app and Android permission prompts.

Selected content is used for the feature you request. You can manage available permissions in your device settings. Denying or revoking a permission may limit the related feature. Notification preferences can also be changed in your device settings.

5. Sharing and international processing

Information processed by advertising providers may be shared as described above and in their policies. Messages you send us are handled through the email services needed to receive and respond to them. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect users, prevent fraud, or address a security issue.

Third-party providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their policies explain the safeguards and rights that apply to such processing.

6. Retention and deletion

Locally stored app data is generally retained until it is changed, cleared, or removed. You can clear an app’s storage or uninstall it to remove its local data. Backups and transferred copies are managed separately through your device or backup service; restoring a backup may restore saved data.

We retain support correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to respond, handle follow-up matters, or meet applicable legal requirements. You can email us to request deletion of information you have sent us.

Advertising providers determine the retention and deletion of data they process. Use the privacy request options in their linked policies, or contact us for assistance finding the appropriate provider. Clearing app storage or uninstalling an app does not automatically delete information already held by third-party providers.

7. Security

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, including limiting access to support correspondence. Unity Ads and LevelPlay document encryption of SDK data in transit. Device-stored information is also subject to your device’s security protections.

No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your privacy choices and rights

You can manage app permissions, notification settings, available device advertising preferences, and locally stored data through your device settings. Available controls vary by device and Android version.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent where processing relies on consent; or opt out of certain advertising-related uses or disclosures. You may also have the right to complain to a relevant data protection authority.

For information we hold, contact us using the email below. For information held by an advertising provider, use that provider’s privacy request process. We will review requests in accordance with applicable law and may need proportionate information to verify the request. Each provider handles deletion in its own systems; we can assist with directing your request.

9. Children’s privacy

Parents and guardians should review the relevant app’s age rating and available parental controls. We do not ask children to send us personal information.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, or you have concerns about data processed by an app’s advertising services, contact us. We will review the concern and take appropriate steps concerning information we hold, including deletion where required. Requests concerning information held by advertising providers should also be directed to those providers.

10. External websites

Our apps may contain links to store pages, advertisements, or other websites. When you open an external page, its operator may process information under its own privacy policy. If you view this policy on WordPress.com, the hosting service’s practices are described in Automattic’s Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our apps, service providers, or information practices change. The revised policy will show a new “Last updated” date. Additional notice or consent will be provided where required by applicable law.
